| Terms of business Following receipt of the buyers order we will manufacture the contract goods in accordance with the specification given on our website. Any variation must be confirmed in writing. Payment must be made immediately prior to delivery by credit or debit card; cheques to be received five working days before despatch. While we make every effort to meet any agreed delivery date we are unable to accept liability should we be for any reason be unable to do so. Should the delivery be frustrated or delayed for any reason for which the buyer was responsible including inadequate delivery instructions, lack of access to property or failure to accept delivery the buyer shall indemnify the company for all costs involved in re-delivery. The property in the contract goods shall pass to the Buyer following receipt of payment. We will insure goods until completion of delivery. Although we will take all necessary and reasonable precautions, we cannot accept liability for any damage caused to the buyers property during installation particularly with regard to hidden electrical/water/gas/security installations, defective walls or wall coverings. Guarantee We will repair any damage caused to the Buyer's property during installation and will repair or if necessary replace free of charge any of the contract goods found to be defective in design, materials or workmanship and notified to us in writing within a period of twelve months from the date of delivery, save and excepting any of the following: 1. Any structural weakness or other defect in the Buyer's property that is not readily apparent during installation or which is not drawn to our attention by the Buyer: 2. Any damage or defect caused by abuse or misuse of the contract goods or their use for an unsuitable purpose or in unsuitable conditions: 3. Any damage or defect visible at the time of delivery and not brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery: 4. Any damage or defect which the Buyer or any third party instructed by him shall have rectified or attempted to rectify: 5. Any inadequacy of the contract goods in relation to any unusual intended purpose or requirements not brought to our attention prior to commencement of manufacture.
